5. Payment Terms and Billing

PropWO operates on a subscription-based pricing model:

  • Monthly subscription fee of $99 for up to 5 users
  • Additional users at $20 per month each
  • 7-day free trial available for new customers
  • Payments are processed automatically via Stripe
  • All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • Late payments may result in service suspension

6. Data Ownership and Security

Your data security and ownership rights are fundamental:

  • You retain full ownership of all data you input into the system
